Järvi Raudsepp is a professional ballet dancer and teacher trained by Nadia Veselova-Tencer. At the age of 17, she was offered a contract with the Estonian National Ballet. Following two years dancing in her country of heritage (which included training with Tiiu Randviir, former prima ballerina of the company), she continued her career working with Orlando Ballet, Ontario Ballet Theatre, Festival Ballet Providence, and Cadence Progressive Contemporary Ballet. Throughout her company life, she has experienced such honours as dancing under the artistic direction of the late Fernando Bujones, performing in Antony Tudor's 'The Leaves Are Fading' coached by Amanda McKerrow and John Gardner, and appearing in interviews on Estonian national news for being the youngest member of their National Ballet.

In 2010, she began performing part time in order to turn her attention to her other passion within the world of ballet, teaching. She was head ballet instructor and choreographer at A2Y Dance Inc. in Aurora, Ontario until 2016, instructing students ages 2 through to 19. Grateful for the opportunity to pass on the Vaganova method of ballet, Järvi poured her heart into building her students' technique and artistry through the rigors of the syllabus. To regularly motivate her students to keep up with the demands of classical ballet, she focused on creating an environment of positivity and inspiration, unveiling every single students' love for the athletic art form and building their confidence. She was overjoyed to see the influence it had on their personal growth and improvement through the years, and continues to center training on pure passion for the art form being a natural driving force for a student's work.

With the background in teaching and performing she has developed, Järvi now devotes her time to dancing and teaching freelance in order to embrace a rich variety of experiences. She is thrilled to have been a member of The School of Cadence Ballet faculty since September, 2016
